Default 2JZGTE into the MKIII

So I'm on the path of the 2J into the MKIII. I already have the 1J mounts so I can bolt it in. I'm making adapters to run MKIII injectors (with the HKS Rail) in the car since I have some 780's already, still need to check the impedance. I have the wiring harness from Arnout (thanks!) built for the AEM in my 91 so that should be fairly straght forward... Using a MKIV W58 as I already have a W58 1pc driveshaft for the car.. So, who can think of what's missing? I'll list what i've thought of below.

1) Radiator/fan. I have no clue yet where the mech fan will line up. Can I use the MKIII fan/clutch? What about the shroud.

2) AC. The MKIII ac compressor won't work on the motor. Anyone see any issue with running the R134 compressor that came on the car with R12 and the stock AC system? I'm not converting to 134 so don't ask.. =P.

3) AEM with stock 2J coils. I sometimes hear it's ok, and sometimes that it's not. Who knows for sure??

That's about all I have so far. I know that Arnout has a good write up on his site too, I'd like to add to that to make this eaiser in the future.

I thought all the 1J fruits had already answered these problems. Don't all the same 1J components work?

I have blocked everything 1j from my computer so i don't know. I guess I could look up the 1J forum or something. I'd feel so dirty though..
