I got boxes of Ti screws here from my Mountain Biking days when I was selling parts!! (They hold my number plates on)

oh man....that's such a waste!

back in the day i co-oped @ a chemical plant- they had bins of SS and Ti nuts/bolts.....Ti bolts are so sweet! 1 6" long 1" dia bolt weighed near nothing....

I think there are like maybe 2>3 steel fastners in my Mountain bike!

It's a great material if you accept it's limitations!
